Verses 4-7, 9-10

Remember that God hates sin, and all sinners/unbelievers are under His wrath (John 3:36). But God showed you mercy when you did not deserve it.

Knowing this—God's wrath and now mercy toward you—keep an attitude of fear towards God in your heart.

Romans 11:20-22—“...Do not be haughty, but fear. For if God did not spare [them]...He may not spare you either. Therefore consider the goodness and severity of God: on those who fell, severity; but toward you, goodness, if you continue in His goodness. Otherwise you also will be cut off.”

As believer, it's important to be joyful about God's grace toward you. His grace has saved you from His wrath.

Like Psalms, use music to help you rejoice about God. Music for prayer and worship brings great joy, and rejoicing is commanded here.
