Verses 1-7

Immediately before the seventh trumpet (the last judgment of the second wave), there will be a completion, and what appears to be a revealing, of the mysteries prophesied in the Scriptures from the beginning until the end. We don't know every mystery of God, but all will be revealed in time.

Included in these mysteries are the messages contained in the seven thunders recorded in this chapter. Over the course of the tribulation, there will be thunderings, and these thunderings will include some form of messaging.

All in all, there are mysteries that will be revealed to the church during the end. As a believer, be patient for secrets to be revealed.

And do not think that now we will be able to know what everything in the Bible, about the end, truly means, since all the details will not be known until the end is near complete.

Verses 8-11

John was commanded to eat the book before he was told that he must prophesy again.

Practically, internalize the Word, and this will prepare you to share it! Read the Word enough that it fills your mind!

Also know, about this passage, that John will be here on the earth, again, during the end. He will have to prophesy again.

Jesus told His disciples, “There are some standing here who will not taste death until they see the Son of Man coming in His kingdom” (Matthew 16:28). Because John has to return to prophesy again on the earth, he was one who did not “taste death”.
