Verses 1-3

No one on earth is good in God's eyes. All of us are sinners (Romans 3:9-19).
Verse 4

Part of the problem is that we grow up without knowledge (Hosea 4:6). We need knowledge of God if we're going to change.
Verses 5-7

Our only hope is humble ourselves and trust in God for salvation. God gave Jesus to save us.
*Psalm 14 is a great reminder that no one is able to save themselves. Because of our sins, we are all wicked.
Use this Psalm to teach unsaved people that they are sinners, that they don't understand God, and that the only way to be saved is to learn the gospel and believe it.

Remind yourself and others continually that you are not saved by your works.
