Verses 1-4

To prepare for needs that may arise within your community, always store up a portion of your savings for the purpose of helping others in the church (Acts 11:29, 2 Corinthians 8:13-15).
Verses 5-7

If you're going to see people, take your time and make it meaningful. Don't rush.
Verses 8-12

Inform people about your plans

And make sure you keep your word. Do not plan lightly (2 Corinthians 1:15-19).

And stay reminded to treat fellow believers well.

Verses 8-9. Take opportunities to do good for the kingdom, and don't be discouraged or deterred by resistance. The enemy resists works for the kingdom. Press on!
Verses 13-14

Be strong and serious about God and about obeying Him, but make sure you're always keeping an attitude of love. Do everything out of love for others.
Verses 15-18

Respect and obey the requests of people who work hard for others; and recognize people for the good works that they do.

Verses 17-18. Remember that giving to others refreshes them. Do not neglect giving(Hebrews 13:16).
Verses 19-23

Verse 19. It is a great idea for churches/believers to meet in homes! See each other often in your own homes (Acts 2:46-47)!

Greet your fellow believers intentionally and with care. Show people that you care about them even in how you greet them!
