Verses 1-10

After God's judgment upon the earth is finished, a restoration will come—a new earth.

There will be beauty again, healing from all sicknesses and diseases.

Predators and danger will cease.

We will walk in perfect holiness, with no more sin.

We will have everlasting joy!

Verse 3. During the time of judgment, when it comes, we will have to encourage believers to be strong in knowing that God's judgment is good and righteous, and that we will see His salvation soon! (see 1 Thessalonians 4:15-18).
