Verses 1-16

Verse 6. “...But what I have I give you...rise up and walk.” We can give healing to people.

Verse 12. But healing power does not come from our own human ability.

Verses 16. Healing comes from God's power, and God's power is accessed by faith in Jesus.

The more that your faith is strengthened, more miracles you will see and the more of your prayers will be answered (Mark 11:23-24).

For now, pay attention to when you feel convicted to pray for someone who is hurting.

This miracle began with Peter and John noticing the paralyzed man. Notice people, and God may lead you to help them.

Verses 17-19

When you change your mind and turn away from sin, it brings refreshment to you.

People must know that repentance is good and refreshing. Share this with people when talking to them about the need to turn away from sin.

Verses 20-21

Until the time comes for the end of the world, Jesus will remain in heaven.

Jesus does not physically appear to anyone (also see Matthew 23:39). He did for the twelve apostles, after His resurrection, but He does not appear to people today.

Be warned if you see anyone claiming that Jesus appeared to them. This is a red flag. The devil can use this to deceive people.

Verses 22-24

Here Peter and John quote Moses, and they use the Old Testament prophets to show us that we will be saved if we hear and obey Jesus, but if we do not obey Him, we will be destroyed.
Verses 25-26

And the greatest blessing we can receive is to be turned away from sin. In your life, you will be the most blessed that you can possibly be if you stop your sin.

Being freed from sin is the blessing God was referring to when He spoke to Abraham (Genesis 12:1-3). Righteousness is a great blessing.

Turn away from sin if you want to experience God's blessing. Remember that God has given you that power to stop your sin.
