Take steps to implement the changes/actions you see below. Once you are actively doing something on the list, and you've made it a habit, move on to forming a habit doing the next item on the list. Take it a step at a time, but feel free to do multiple things on the list at once if you can!
- Read your Bible for an extended amount of time every day (Romans 10:17).
- Stay conscious of and focused on doing godly things that tend to intimidate you, on a regular basis. Face a fear, have a hard conversation/confrontation, share the gospel with a stranger, etc.
- Set aside time to pray intently, and for any situation you can think of that has needs or problems (Jude 20-21).
- To increase patience, which goes hand-in-hand with faith, practice vigorous exercise and fasting on a regular basis (Hebrews 6:12, 1 Corinthians 9:24-27).
